Milo Goes to College is the 1982 debut full-length release by Americanpunk band Descendents. It was released on New Alliance Records (and reissued by SST Records in 1987). SPIN Magazine rated the album one of the top all time hardcore albums. Sputnikmusic also ranked this album 1st among highest rated punk albums of 1982. Descendents is an American punk rock band from Lomita, California formed in 1978 by guitarist Frank Navetta, bassist Tony Lombardo and drummer Bill Stevenson. They are known for being one of the early bands in the hardcore punk scene to sing instead about more personal and comical topics reflective of their own lives.
